Safety equipment and personal protection

S. Montia invests a lot of resources in purchasing innovative safety equipment in order to protect its employees
Every employee who comes to work is given full safety equipment that includes: goggles, helmet and gloves as well as suitable safety equipment needed for the work.

Tutorials and certifications

Perform daily and weekly training and refresh work safety procedures
Authorization for special works in enclosed space and in inaccessible conditions

Corrective Actions

Carrying out corrective actions for safety accidents and carrying out accident investigations for the purpose of drawing lessons and continuous improvement.
